Yes! Everything we offer is brand-new and pup-approved. No secondhand squeakers here.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Popular items may come back. Sign up for restock alerts or email us if you're chasing something specific.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. (excluding PO Boxes). Stay tuned for international shipping in the future!
Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after that, depending on your location.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. Otherwise, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What if my dog doesn’t like something?
Hey, we get it—some dogs are picky! If your order isn’t a hit, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right with a return, exchange, or store credit.
Q: My order arrived damaged or incorrect—what do I do?
So sorry! Email us atsupport@happytaildeals.com with a photo and your order number. We'll get your pup’s goodies sorted ASAP.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment info is secure and encrypted.
